San Diego Holiday
Beaches have always been a tranquil place for me to just unwind and throw all worry and stress into the deep. It’s a place to speak and create our new destinies. It’s time for new journeys and new beginnings. Restoration and health.
Pretty in Pink
Lately I have been taking my camera on some of my hikes. This certain type of yucca plant is blooming right now everywhere. While I was playing in Photoshop to give this photo some life, I decided to play with color and thought it was pretty in pink. Sometimes the same places we go to, we can make a different experience.
Babies and the Camera
It’s that season for weddings and even though they can be stressful to shoot, there’s nothing like capturing joy in people. My favorite part of this weeding was the cute babies. I never thought it would be so much fun to photograph babies. It is so funny seeing adults act silly just to get these babies to smile and be relaxed. We all had our hands flailing in the air and making silly faces to get them to smile or laugh, but most importantly to look at the camera. Thanks to the parents and friends who
were my assistants. 
Local Hikes
One thing about living in southern California is the opportunity to hike. There are so many amazing mountain ranges and I am fortunate enough to live close to so many state and national parks.
There is nothing like the fresh air, the sound of the wind, and the birds chirping. It’s where I go to meditate and rejuvenate. I sometimes like the solitude it brings just wandering about. The best thing one can do, is to take time out for themselves. We all need a little refresher to unwind, to throw out all the negativity and start fresh. Nothing is better than a good recharge to get the creative juices flowing again.
